Scarlett Flame... the story so far

Scarlett is a born performer, currently based in Central Scotland. She has travelled across the UK and Europe to bringing her own brand of magic to shows of all sizes. Her performances and favourite events are listed on the previous events page.

Although predominantly a burlesque performer, Scarlett also works with fire, juggling, poi , fans and hoops, as well venturing into the world of Body Painting. She draws on many different syles of dance, elaborate costume and performance art in order to create breathtaking and unusual acts.

When she is not dancing, Scarlett is also in demand as a model - mostly booked for Gothic and Pin-Up work. Examples of her modelling portfolio can be found in the modelling section of the website. She has been fortunate to work with some top photographers, and will continue to offer a range of interesting looks. 

Scarlett returned to performing after being asked to perform at the 2008 World Body Painting Festival in Seeboden, Austria. This international event showcases the work of the worlds top body artists, and she proudly wore the contributions from the only Scottish Team in the competition, in both the Brush & Sponge and Face Award categories. Scarlett is now regularly asked to incorporate body art into her live performances, including a stunning showcase performance at Coco De Mer, in their Covent Garden store window.

Scarlett performed again at the 2009 World Body Painting festival, again with the only Scottish Team in the show. She, and the rest of the team plan to continue with this for as long as they are able. Images from the festival can be seen in the  Body Art section of the website.

Scarlett may stand a tiny 5' 2" tall, but her stage presence is captivating. She trained in ballet from the age of 3, and has always loved the glamour and glitter of performing.
